The Recreation Commission is responsible for hosting any recreation or cultural activity that will benefit the health, education and general welfare of South Harrison Township residents. The Recreation Commission plans, promotes, manages, and helps operate activities within the Township parks and open space areas.
The Commission hosts many events throughout the year including egg hunts, senior luncheons, movies at the park and South Harrison Township Community Day.
South Harrison Township Community Day 2024
South Harrison Township Community Day will take place Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Stewart Park, 67 Ferrell Rd., Mullica Hill, NJ from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Please join us in celebrating South Harrison Township! There will be Bouncy Houses, Games, Fireworks, Food Trucks, a Beer Garden hosted by Swedesboro Brewing Company and MORE!
